Pre Sale Questions

A: Tallow is the result of rendering beef suet into purified fat. Tallow has been been used for many generations for its rich health benefits.

A: Beef Tallow is incredibly nourishing for the skin, rich in vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12, and mimics the natural oils found in our skin. Tallow is also rich in minerals and has natural antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s highly moisturizing, promoting smooth, supple skin. Plus, it's a sustainable choice, using a byproduct of the beef industry that would otherwise go to waste.

A: Grass-fed beef tallow is superior because it comes from cows that have grazed on pasture, resulting in a higher nutrient profile compared to grain-fed beef. Grass-fed tallow contains more beneficial fatty acids, such as omega-3s and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which are excellent for skin health. Toxins are primarily stored in fat cells, which is why it is essential to source 100% grass-fed and finished beef tallow that has never been treated with hormones or antibiotics.

A: Yes, all our products are made with natural ingredients. We avoid synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives, ensuring that our soaps and lotions are gentle on the skin and free from harmful chemicals. We believe in the power of nature to provide the best skincare.

A: Quality is our top priority. From the initial home-rendering of the beef tallow to the final packaging, each step is completed with care. Our products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain consistency and attention to detail. We also source our ingredients locally to ensure freshness and support sustainable practices

A: To ensure the longevity of our products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For soaps, use a draining soap dish to keep them dry between uses. Our lotions should be kept in a sealed container to maintain their freshness.

Using clean hands, rub a small amount on your skin and allow to soak in for several minutes. When using tallow, a little bit goes a long way! Our tallow body butters can be used as a moisturizer for face, hands and feet, and also to soothe minor skin irritations.
